New COVID-19 Protocols

You will be allowed to come into the clinic for your pet’s appointment and to pick up food and medications. We prefer only 1 client to come in with the pet but will allow 2 if necessary. We will limit the number of people in the building at one time. If there are too many people in the waiting room then you might be asked to wait out front until another client leaves. You will have to wear a mask at all times that you are in our facility, we ask that you please respect this policy and do not argue about it. If you do, you will be asked to leave and we will not serve you.

We appreciate your understanding and patience with this transition.

Please be patient with us, this is frustrating for all of us. The phones are busy, so we are not ignoring you. Our staff is working extremely hard to make this process as smooth as possible, but it definitely takes longer than normal so getting upset doesn’t make things run any faster or smoother.
